Do a research that will be carried out on companies which are similar to the North Star Company in size and the services rendered; the companies could either be in Saudi Arabia or any other country. The research will include collecting data on the employment practices and teamwork building examples present in the given companies.

North Star Company
North Star Company is a multinational company founded by Suleiman in 1988 in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The company is mainly in the business of distributing meat, poultry and fish to restaurants, hotels and also other retailers. The company now faces a hard tasks. The main reasons being the numerous yet specific complaints the personnel are airing about their willingness to work as a team and poor management of the company. The personnel already has excuses in a bid to avert dedicating time towards team building. Some examples of these excuses are: off the job commitments, pursuits of different education levels, freelance workers in the establishment, lack of trust in the management, as well as earlier team letdowns. There is a need for the company to address the issue by encouraging teamwork at the North Star Company. This project is aimed at making recommendations and solutions for the company to increase the level of revenue and teamwork.
